Responsibilities

Lead the development of the web app, focusing on designing and shaping it into a responsive, mobile-first single-page application

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards

Identify and resolve bugs

Test and evaluate the app for security and performance issues

Ensure cross-browser/platform/device compatibility

Conduct research for solutions

Participate in code standards and lead code reviews

Required

5+ years of experience developing and architecting single-page web apps using a JavaScript framework

Experience building websites that adhere to mobile-first functionality

Strong proficiency in writing clean, reusable, optimized HTML/CSS, Typescript and JavaScript

Familiar with Linux. Experience with AWS environment is preferred.

Familiar with HTTP protocol

Experience writing unit, integration, and UI tests and a strong ability to debug code that is reusable, testable and efficient.

Passion to explore and use the latest development tools and platforms

BS or MS in computer science or related fields

Preferred

Experience with WebSockets is a plus
