Responsibilities
Manage a team of up to 10 product and engineering team members, including hosting 1:1s, facilitating performance reviews, and onboarding new team members.
Gauge progress of projects to ensure work is moving forward by removing roadblocks.
Communicate effectively with other engineering teams, product management, and business stakeholders.
Review work from the team for technical accuracy.
Identify process opportunities and work on improving efficiency.
Coordinate larger bodies of work with other engineering teams and senior leadership.
Be flexible and creative in problem-solving and process improvements.
Have fun, get creative, and deliver value together with the team.

Required
5+ years experience leading a team of engineers
5+ years experience with Salesforce
Experience working in financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to manage and deliver through clear communication and expectation setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with both technical and non-technical roles
Ability to problem solve quickly to keep team’s assigned work on track
Development or administrative skills in Salesforce in order to understand and scope projects at a high level
Classified as a full-time position with 8-hour workdays and 40-hour work weeks plus overtime as needed
Role requires the use of a computer, including use of a keyboard and ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time
Preferred
Experience working in financial services industry is a plus
