Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.
Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually transact material.
Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies. Communicating with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.
Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.
Meet safety, productivity and quality standards by following best practices.
Resolve individual work blockers and knowing when to escalate if you are unable to resolve yourself.
Learn new processes.
Operate equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
Contribute to the improvement of SOPs including safety procedures.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience
1+ year experience using Microsoft Excel to navigate and interpret data
Able to lift up to 49 pounds
Able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Flexibility with daily work location as our warehouses are spread throughout the Puget Sound

Preferred

Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
Experience with Kaizens or other continuous improvement projects
Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, listening, positive attitude, emotional intelligence)
Forklift certified
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
1+ year experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
