Responsibilities
Manage projects within a single country or sub-region, ranging from small to medium size contracts
Ensure financial and technical success of projects
Comply with company business & legal policies, maintain client relationships, and manage project resources
Direct continuous improvements through a formal Lessons Learned program
Understand the Contract agreement, project specifications, and contract commercial terms
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Travel to project locations for client meetings and site assessments
Manage change to mitigate risk and maintain positive project cash flow
Represent the Company and the project at all meetings

Required
Typically 12-15+ years since first degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Engineering, Construction Management or Project Controls
3+ years Project Site Engineering or Construction Management role
Professional degree (Engineering or BS Preferred)
Broad technical knowledge of construction methods and equipment, engineering processes, and fabrication capabilities
Familiarity with estimating, supply chain, project controls, and contract commercial management
Knowledge of Commercial Contracting and Negotiation strategies
Familiarity with the Energy & Construction Industry preferred
