Responsibilities
Ongoing partnership with Insurance Operations Leaders and Managers to develop and implement back office and contact center capacity plans
Work closely with Executive Leaders on capacity plans and resource modification strategies
Conduct operational meetings to assess results and performance
Conduct ad hoc analyses, manage reporting and metrics for monthly reports, and analyze trends for business decisions
Implement best practices in workforce management to optimize staffing resources
Provide business insights for staffing-related strategies and cost/benefit analysis
Identify process improvements, effectiveness, and efficiency, and execute change management
Manage multiple tasks for multiple groups in time-sensitive situations
Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrate personal accountability, passion, and execution

Required
Direct capacity planning / workforce management experience within a call center environment
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
3+ years of Contact Center Work Force Management experience
Strong Capacity Planning and Long-term Forecasting focus
Understanding of FTE and application of labor costs
Trend analysis / analytics experience is required
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
