Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, for one or more Agile development teams.
Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), promoting self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and product increments.
Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Track and communicate team progress, sprint burndown, velocity, and other and implementing action plans to address identified areas for growth.
Serve as a servant-leader, advocating for the team and protecting them from external distractions and disruptions.
Scheduling weekly refinement sessions with key team members to plan forthcoming sprints.
Prioritizing stories based on capacity and project delivery timescales.
