Responsibilities
Assist Corporate Marketing Team in the planning, organizing, and monitoring of various projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Support Corporate Marketing Team with the development and execution of JSG-branded marketing activities to promote cross-selling initiatives to customers through various marketing channels.
Help manage the show bookings, organization, and administrative planning of virtual and in-person tradeshows and events, including events for channel partners.
Provides support for company distributor training programs – including assisting with training content, coordinating dinners and events, and ordering and shipping products and supplies.
Analyze marketing activities and show and training performances to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
Problem-solving and organization – ability to assimilate information and potentially conflicting ideas into coherent and logical outcomes
Flexibility – be able to improvise and adjust to shifting priorities; positive “can-do” attitude
Ability to take direction and work well with others
Ability to travel up to 25%
3+ years in a fast-paced marketing environment
B.A./B.S. preferred, or other field-related or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Trade show experience
Experience in Hubspot and Workfront a plus, but not required
