Responsibilities
Follow and comply with current Agency and Investor guideline requirements.
Review condominium questionnaires, financials, insurance, legal documents, litigation, ground leases, and other related documents.
Analyze and approve condominium projects per loan program parameters for various reviews.
Communicate project statuses to supervisors and staff.
Provide detailed comments in the company's condo database and upload documents to internal and external systems.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent.
Five or more years' mortgage underwriting experience.
Current experience underwriting Conventional loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
Recent/current experience with COOP
Experience with Encompass 360
