Responsibilities
Aid in stakeholder analysis to understand current and future state needs for large datasets and databases
Develop, test, and maintain data architecture, ELT processes, data models, and data warehouse designs
Optimize data retrieval, develop data set processes, and improve data reliability and quality
Contribute to maintaining business glossary and foster cross-functional collaboration on analytical data resources
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved delivery and automation of tasks
Provide technical guidance to projects, build proof of concepts, and ensure effective analytic information management
Cross-train and work closely with team members in related roles
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, engineering or another IT-related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED is required
5 years of experience in IT, to include 3 years data analytics engineering and experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work or visa residency sponsorship
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to architect, develop and maintain cloud technologies
Understanding of relational and dimensional modeling to facilitate data wrangling, code operationalization and exploration of data
Ability to develop, maintain, review and translate data models
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and ELT implementations and experience with RDBMS/NoSQL databases
Google Cloud Platform Data Warehouse
Basic proficiency with version control software, preferably Git
Alteryx
Understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management / Healthcare eco system
Programming experience with 4th generation and 3rd generation computer languages such as Python and R
Experience with multiple relational database platforms such as Teradata
Experience with open source software and databases
Experience working with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation
Experience building and maintaining data and analytics systems / products using common BI tools and Cloud products
Experience programming in a mainstream programming language such as python, and basic familiarly with UNIX
