Responsibilities

Member of team tasked with compiling monthly ops performance metrics and identifying key underlying trends

Assist the Director and Manager of Operations Analytics to refine and execute the framework for analyzing strategic opportunities

Partner with senior operations leadership to prepare weekly retention forecast

Assist with driving cross-functional efforts and research related to strategic operations initiatives

Perform ad hoc analyses and financial modeling as needed

Required

Bachelor’s degree is required with focus in Finance or Data Analytics preferred

3+ years of corporate finance or operations experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Superior quantitative and analytical skills with financial modeling experience

Strong work ethic with experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment in a structured, organized, and detail-oriented manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive level financial and strategic presentations

Preferred

Investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development experience is preferred

Understanding of and strong interest in the software industry is preferred
