Responsibilities

Architect and lead end to end Acquisition & Lifecycle initiatives/events process, strategy and final execution.

Lead stakeholder management and coordination efforts across VIP player development, events, gifting, partnerships, content operations and revenue operations for key VIP Acquisition initiatives.

Own VIP Acquisition & Lifecycle partnership strategy and portfolio, emphasis on aggressively expanding portfolio through collaboration with Business Development and Growth Marketing.

Develop and maintain Acquisition & Lifecycle initiatives/events calendar.

Manage VIP Acquisition & Lifecycle operating expenses.

Required

6+ years in project management or related focus

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience

Proven track record of working cross functionally and driving multiple projects forward

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting recommendations to upper management

Ability to understand opportunity cost and can make decisions based on expected ROI

Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends

Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
