Responsibilities

Build and shape liquidity product solutions by contributing to new features, improving operational efficiency, and minimizing technical debt.

Work closely with business and engineering teams to navigate a product space intersecting with Cap Table Management, Taxes, and Money Movements.

Collaborate with the product manager and designer to understand customer motivations, define scope of work, and deliver customer value through engineering solutions.

Architect complex SaaS products with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and/or event-driven architecture.

Communicate with different stakeholders, refine ambiguous product requirements, and deliver customer value.

Participate actively in the development process, provide strong analytical opinions on software engineering, and balance speed with future-oriented development.

Contribute to a product that will fundamentally change the way private companies view liquidity.

Required

You have 5+ years of full-stack experience building production systems (with a greater emphasis on the backend)

You have experience in architecting complex SaaS products with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and/or event-driven architecture.

You are passionate about some elements of our tech stack (Kafka, Python, Django, Postgres, K8s, Docker, AWS, GRPC)

You have a desire to become a product domain expert and are able to refine sometimes ambiguous product requirements to deliver customer value.

You are a strong communicator that can communicate with different stakeholders and meet them where they are.

You are an active participant and have a strong analytical opinion and position on how software should be engineered.

You are eager to move fast, but recognize when to build for the future.

Preferred

Bonus if you have worked on trading systems or marketplaces.
