Responsibilities

Build solutions on the Salesforce platform for various operation teams

Support the continuous improvement of all aspects of Salesforce solutions

Partner with Salesforce engineers to build tools and applications together

Collaborate with engineering teams on design, architecture, infrastructure, and implementation

Partner with product owners to design scalable and secure Salesforce applications

Gather requirements, design, test, and document requested features

Manage releases to Salesforce -- both our updates as well as Salesforce's releases

Support all end users including resolving bugs, managing access, and managing incidents

Required

3 years+ Salesforce systems administration

Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and features

Understanding of Salesforce's various APIs and how to partner with engineers to utilize them

Using version control and project management tools and processes to facilitate continuous improvement

Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Ability to work as a team which includes participation in solution reviews with peer developers, administrators and end users

Understanding of agile development methodology and project management

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science

A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications

Preferred

Experience with the financial service cloud (FSC)

SOQL / SOSL

Zendesk systems administration

Outreach systems administration

Experience with CRMA
