Responsibilities
Conduct site visits and assessments.
Participate in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences.
Develop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and other consultants.
Present designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Explore new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Obtain a Registered Architect License or within 6 months or hire.
Excel in designing spaces that foster learning, collaboration, and safety while considering budgetary restraints.
Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills to allow for seamless collaboration with education, administrators, and consulting teams.
Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
