Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic directions for sponsorship products and packaged offerings.
Utilize market knowledge to craft short and long-term strategies for premium video and sponsorships products.
Define go-to-market strategies for TikTok's global sponsorship programs and partner closely with the sales team.
Work with various teams to set objectives, develop strategies, and execute regional programs effectively.
Develop a deep understanding of TikTok's video advertising products and leverage insights to enhance offerings.

Required

BA/BS degree or above.
4+ years of product marketing or product management experience with premium video ads or custom programs
3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, preferably at a platform or media company

Preferred

Strong knowledge of brand advertising objectives and experience in developing compelling solutions across industries.
Proficiency in product, sales, and marketing processes, from alpha testing to full launch.
Ability to craft compelling multi-product narratives and simplify marketing messaging for global and vertical audiences.
Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive large, complex go-to-market initiatives and challenge conventional thinking.
Commercial acumen with experience building business cases using market research and analysis.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
