Responsibilities
Serve as a business partner to Equipment Sales and Manufacturing staff and the Indy Fab Shop.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper accounting of equipment sales, managing BOMs and cost standards.
Drive annual budget processes and monthly flash processes.
Provide financial analysis and support pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
Coordinate month-end close activities and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Review and evaluate subsidiary journals, reconcile general ledger accounts, and perform monthly product line/cost center profit and loss analyses.
Coordinate inventory procedures, train and develop team members, and assist with audit work.
Process capital expenditure requests, maintain fixed assets, and perform data analysis for business decisions.
Review sales/margin results, ensure proper revenue recognition, and oversee accurate financial data production.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 7+ years of accounting/analyst experience
Knowledge of standard cost accounting, inventory management, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and capital investment evaluation
Knowledge of standard cost accounting and inventory management processes
Strong PC skills (Office 365, Infor preferred)
Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities; problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
Preferred
CPA or MBA
