Responsibilities

Create, maintain and update 2d drawings in Autocad including plant layouts, process flow diagrams and P&ID’s

Develop and maintain internal CAD standards, templates and processes

Create and evaluate options for configurations/layouts of plant equipment

Create 3d plant and piping configurations in Navisworks or Autocad Plant 3d

Required

Bachelors or associates degree in a technical engineering discipline (mechanical, chemical, electrical, etc.) and 4+ years of related work experience.

Experience producing P&ID’s and PFD’s in Autocad or similar programs.

Direct working experience with Autocad

Working knowledge of plant systems, terminology including piping, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, valves.

Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced startup environment

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: compile requirements from multiple sources to feed deliverables.

Comfortable collaborating across disciplines between mechanical, process, electrical and controls

Familiar and comfortable working with spreadsheets and word processing software (MS Office, Gsuite, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy

Preferred

3d Modeling experience in Autocad Plant 3d, Navisworks
