Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Construction
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of commercial construction processes, laws, and codes
Proficiency in reading blueprints and managing project documents
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
