Responsibilities

Represents a product family of technical governance bodies

Designs and solutions on Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRMA

Provides technical guidance and direction to support business and technical teams

Proposes improvements to architecture governance practices

Guides evaluation of current and new technologies

Develops secure and high-quality production code

Drives decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations

Serves as a subject matter expert in one or more areas

Contributes to the engineering community advocating firmwide frameworks and tools

Influences peers and project decision-makers on leading-edge technologies

Required

Formal training or certification on system design concepts and 5+ years applied experience

Hands on experience in building solutions on Salesforce ecosystem, understand APEX, Lightning components, APEX triggers, Financial Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRMA, Data Cloud

Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

Advanced in one or more programming language(s), applications, and architecture

Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight

Practical cloud native experience

Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Preferred

Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture

Exposure to building services on AWS

Certification on Salesforce will be preferred
