Responsibilities

Collect data and perform complex data analysis for continuous improvement ideas, capacity analysis, and change initiatives

Utilize continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to optimize supply chain solutions

Perform time and motion studies, develop key insights to improve productivity

Lead Standard Work efforts in collaboration with operations and continuous improvement teams

Develop knowledge of distribution and fulfillment best practices and engineering standards

Create AutoCAD Layout for space planning and process design

Analyze and evaluate methods for optimal operations and outline alternatives for processes, equipment, and system design

Work with technical documentation and assess designs and issues as required

Collaborate with operations, product management, and business partners to deliver data-driven solutions

Utilize project management methodologies to manage medium complexity projects

Develop skills in discrete simulation and capacity analysis

Required

Minimum of 3 years’ Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Experience

Prior experience with Supply Chain Distribution/Fulfillment (e-Com) environment desired

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering

AutoCAD, simulation, and SQL query experience highly desired

Strong understanding and application of end-to-end Industrial Engineering discipline, processes, and tools

Experience interacting and communicating clearly/concisely with senior leadership
