Responsibilities

Partner with leadership and key leads to build and execute joint strategies for the service partner program.

Develop, execute, and measure campaigns to drive partner engagement, recruitment, and revenue.

Manage and coach a team of Partner Marketers, contributing to a high-performing culture.

Design and implement measurements to quantify the impact of partner marketing programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process and infrastructure.

Create enablement materials and tools to support service partners and generate new pipeline opportunities.

Analyze data to generate insights and make informed decisions for driving business results.

Required

10+ years of demonstrated Partner Marketing experience with a SaaS/Technology company

Proven track record of building Partner Marketing end to end marketing strategies with proven campaigns to drive partner recruitment, brand and demand.

Demonstrated success in recruiting, building and leading high-performing teams

Strong influencing and communications skills across all levels up to executive

Experience using deep customer insight and data to inform segmentation, targeting and positioning, and translating strategy into and actionable, cross-functional go-to-market plans

Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact levers, balancing short and long term business outcomes

Ability to identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities and developing the business cases and activation plans to support

Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills

"Builder" mentality - demonstrated success building and overhauling programs and businesses

Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills; storyteller

Detail-oriented, sweating the details to deliver awesome

Strong results orientation and decision making skills; prior experience in a "growth" oriented role preferred

BA/BS required or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
