Responsibilities
Build and lead advanced analytics capabilities to generate insights for clinical trials, study design, and biostatistical strategies.
Provide input into protocols, develop and review statistical analysis plans, and author/co-author reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.
Interact and consult with project teams to ascertain clinical needs and to develop statistical solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate statistical insights into the decision-making process.
Provide statistical support for research projects and contribute to the development of proprietary models.

Required
MS/Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or similar field and 10+ years of pharma/biotech experience
Proven experience in statistical analysis and experience evaluating clinical trial data
Strong programming skills in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
Preferred
Experience in early clinical development programs
Familiarity with machine learning techniques
