Responsibilities

Guiding the team and organization on adopting Agile/Scrum practices, processes, and values.

Building a trusting and safe environment for the team to raise problems without fear.

Facilitating team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

Supporting the team in using planning tools and tracking progress with User Stories and Features.

Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and acting as a shield for the team from distractions.

Coaching the team on self-organization and assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization.

Coaching others on the Scrum principles, methodology, and processes for a Scrum team.

Required

A bachelor’s or master’s Degree in IT/Computer Science

Quality experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory

8+ years of overall experience of working in a Software Development organization (Aviation industry preferred)

5+ years of Experience in applying Agile Manifesto in the process of software development & delivery

Experience in managing change in the production environment

Knowledge of various IT tools and techniques for IT project planning and organizing

Experience in practicing Scrum Methodology in the process of software development & delivery

Scrum Master Certifications

Facilitate the development of complex projects within the frame of the Agile DEVOPS methodology

Preferred

Agile DEVOPS methodology & Azure DEVOPS is a plus
