Responsibilities
Supervise several engagements simultaneously, employing well developed decision-making skills
Exhibit technical proficiency, the ability to train, mentor and supervise less experienced staff members
Complete engagements in a timely manner
Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the Firm
Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
Assist in Firm administrative functions
Represent the Firm in a positive way through civic and professional activities
Qualification
Required
CPA
Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience
Bachelor's Degree Accounting or related discipline (four-year college or university)
Proficient with computer and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledgeable of the Firm's policies and procedures
Understanding of the rules, regulations, and code of professional conduct of the AICPA
Understanding of pertinent IRC sections and regulations
Ability to supervise several engagements simultaneously
Well developed decision-making skills
Exhibit technical proficiency
Ability to train, mentor and supervise less experienced staff members
Ability to complete engagements in a timely manner
Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the Firm
Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
Preferred
EA strongly preferred
