Responsibilities
Creates, manages, improves, and coordinates the Master Validation Plan; designs protocols and conducts validation tests.
Coordinates validation tests for equipment, processes, and software, including sterilization validations.
Develops and manages aging studies for packaging, utilizing software programs for data analysis.
Manages key processes within the Quality Management System and supports Quality Improvement projects.
Analyzes and interprets report data, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and external standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering or other technical degree from a four-year college or university is required.
Eight plus years of experience in the Quality field is required.
Preferred
Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Green/Black Belt Certification or Lean Manufacturing training preferred.
Medical Device experience, knowledge of ISO 13485, sterilization, and Minitab experience a preferred.
