Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the overall vision for Fusion, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.

Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, making strategic decisions about features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering, to gather and refine requirements.

Feature Development: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams during feature development. Ensure features are delivered according to specifications, meeting quality standards.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Use insights to inform product direction and maintain competitive positioning.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to product development, usability, or market adoption. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful product launches.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, roadmap changes, and upcoming releases. Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment.

User-Centric Approach: Advocate for user needs, conducting user research and usability testing. Champion a user-centric mindset within the product team.
