Responsibilities
Executes and distributes routine departmental performance metrics and reports.
Serves as department support and training for Purchasing, Ariba, Analytics, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Develops and owns Whatfix training flows related to the Source to Pay process.
Executes detailed analysis of system behavior to facilitate issue resolution.
Serves as a liaison between GPO and IT on technical issues, including root cause analysis and fix implementation.
Coordinates efforts between Procurement, Account Payable, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Source to Pay process within Ariba and other programs.
Evaluates current processes for best practices and recommends continuous improvement opportunities.
Establishes and creates Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and training documentation as required.
Participates in regional and global supply chain improvement projects on behalf of inbound supply chain.
Prepares ad hoc departmental PowerPoint presentations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
2-5 years of work experience in a progressively responsible fulfillment/inventory/production/procurement or planning role.
At least 1 year of experience utilizing an ERP system in a supply chain/fulfillment capacity.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level is required.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
Ability to recognize areas for Continuous Improvement strategies; recommends CI strategies to Supervisor.
Ability to understand internal demands as they relate to the purchase/stocking levels of goods and services for the business.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and foster strong, open lines of communication across all levels of the organization.
Ability to utilize ERP information and analyze results.
Ability to always maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information.
Ability to effectively manage time, including the ability to prioritize, work within assigned deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively to accomplish organizational objectives.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining quality & accuracy standards.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook on an Intermediate Level
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
A degree major in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
Prior experience using SAP, Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts and Buyer Network), PowerBI is a plus.
