Responsibilities
Coordinates the process of obtaining functional requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Creates detailed documentation of user requirements and partners with the development team for specifications.
Facilitates system enhancement requests and coordinates related release schedules.
Develops functional design documents and modeling for reporting purposes.
Supports quality assurance efforts using data analysis and provides support to testing groups.
Works closely with the implementation team to configure Oracle ERP modules for reporting requirements.
Collaborates with technical teams for seamless integration of reporting solutions.
Customizes and enhances reporting functionalities within the solution, focusing on tools like OTBI, BIP, and Power BI.
Provides training to end-users on utilizing Oracle ERP reporting features.
Offers ongoing support for user queries, issues, and enhancement requests related to reporting.
Responsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer, and implementation plans for software solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP implementations, with a focus on reporting.
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules, particularly those related to reporting and analytics, including OTBI and BIP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Preferred
Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or technical analysis role.
