Responsibilities

Ongoing direct client management and retention for a set of assigned Contractors, including setting and managing expectations proactively Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights about client utilization, position, and applicant quality.

Work to proactively identify unfulfilled client needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs to GM and PROD Team

Partner cross-functionally with internal and external sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure contractor and organizational goals are met or exceeded

Develop and foster relationships with key client contacts (C-Suite/Decision makers)

Track and create best practices and document processes when required (SOPs, How To, etc.)

Leverage internal technology and industry-standard tools to understand compliance requirements and recommend remediation solutions across various channelsTrain and onboarding prospective clientele and contractors from interest in program to go-live

Required

BA/BS degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related job experience

3+ years of experience in client management in financial services

Must be extremely comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel to analyze data

Must be able to quickly grasp the key drivers of the business, be comfortable with multi-tasking, and can independently prioritize tasks given their impact to the vertical

Effective communication, relationship-building and partner management experience also desired

Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to think independently
