Responsibilities
Investigation and Analysis: Utilize learning and development frameworks, critical thinking, and communication skills to accurately identify business needs, create strong learning objectives, and prepare project plan designs.
Design and Development: Apply learning theories and instructional design strategies to translate content into interactive learning solutions.
Technology Integration: Leverage multimedia tools to develop visually appealing and effective learning deliverables within various modalities.

Required
One to two years of eLearning or classroom training development experience.
Critical thinking skills, a thirst for learning and a natural tendency to ask the right questions to gather information.
