Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather and document detailed business requirements.

Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement and inefficiencies. Propose and recommend process improvements and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure that the technology solutions meet the needs and objectives of the stakeholders.

Lead the user acceptance testing process. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure that the implemented systems meet the defined requirements and perform as expected.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new technology solutions. Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions to enable users to effectively utilize the systems.
