Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to drive the technical vision and lead discussions and implementation of machine learning projects
Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems and drive business value
Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, productivity, and team
Contribute to recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, develop interview questions, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility
Engage with customers to understand their needs and inspire solutions to their problems

Required
A minimum of 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field
Strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and artificial intelligence
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment
Ability to translate business and product ideas into machine learning solutions
Desire to continuously grow, master your craft, and focus on customer pain points
Experience working at a seed to series A stage company (series B experience alone is not sufficient)
Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service) - not just behind-the-scenes work
Preferred
Experience with integrations, fintech, finance, banking, investments, or SaaS background is a plus
