Responsibilities

Work side-by-side with Land Finance Manager to learn, understand, and progressively assume greater responsibility within the land finance team.

Generate, ensure accuracy, and distribute land finance reporting and analysis utilized by senior management and key external finance partners.

Perform ad hoc analysis and assist in the internal and external underwriting of project finance structures.

Run pro forma financial models for prospective SDH projects.

Assist Land Finance Manager in communicating with SDH divisions, finance partners, and outside counsel to ensure optimal land finance workflow.

Aggregate and review required documentation related to project-specific financing relationships.
