Responsibilities

Lead product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring market requirements and product strategy alignment.

Collaborate with clients, sales, engineering, and operational teams to identify business requirements and provide consultation within the specified verticals.

Define and maintain a balanced Product/Solution portfolio, including roadmap development and detailed business and market requirements.

Drive product development and enhancements, maintaining awareness of customer and market needs through user interviews and market research.

Act as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve issues and provide relevant product information to support sales and marketing efforts.

Lead cross-functional teams and dotted-line relationships through the project lifecycle to deliver development efforts.

Support product innovation and assist with the education and enrollment of consumers into new product programs.
