Responsibilities
Leads project teams to achieve scope, schedule, and budget alignment
Establishes an integrated team experience through role clarity and effective communication
Facilitates collaboration with internal departments and project teams
Manages and mentors design team members and preconstruction team members
Guides design teams through negotiations to establish essential project scope
Engages with clients and designers to share the company's integrated delivery approach

Required
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial engineering, or other design equivalent field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Specific experience in industrial manufacturing design
Specific experience in process layout, process design, cleanroom, food and beverage
Ability and willingness to travel. Potentially up to 60%
Passionate about leading change and improving industry processes
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to speak confidently in groups of 30+
Ability to coach complex and diverse groups
Ability and desire to master new skills
Preferred
5+ years experience in group facilitation and implementing collaborative delivery (Design Build, Conceptual Design Development, etc.)
Strong CAD and Revit capability
