Responsibilities

Build applications following coding best practices and industry standards, using modern design patterns and architectural principles
Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to Prudential standards
Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and other team members to deliver robust solutions that drive business impact
Write unit, integration tests, and functional automation to address discovered problems
Stay updated on relevant and emerging technologies, provide input to the team, and coach others
Work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors
Use programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Springboot, Node.js

Required

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
Professional development with AWS services such as ECS, SQS/SNS, Lambda, EventBridge
