Responsibilities

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights and ensure product value to users.
Translate data into concise reports highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
Coordinate and QA the collection and documentation of partner performance across digital channels.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and optimize categories and enhancements.
Utilize applications like airtable, MS Office suite, Google Sheets, and GA to organize projects.

Required

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, business or a related field. Note: this is a full-time internship.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Intellectual curiosity about ecommerce, digital media and digital business.
A careful attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to your work. You should be able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members.
Strong communication and presentation skills; you should be responsive to questions and data requests from team members.

Preferred

Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Previous experience working with project management tools such as Airtable and Jira.
Entrepreneurial / startup experience.
