Responsibilities
Craft visions, concepts and UX designs for the OTTAVA surgical robot
Align the work within a team of UX designers to produce a flawless platform experience
Work with Industrial Designers, Human Factors Engineers, and User Experience Researchers to promote a unified vision of the User's best experience
Collaborate with teams and partners to align experience expectations across multiple releases
Mentor other UX Designers within the team while growing your own craft
Partner with the rest of HFXD to craft the team culture and advance the team's overall impact across experiences that we support

Required
Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital/Visual Design, Industrial Design or other related field
At least 5 years of experience designing for highly sophisticated systems (or Masters plus 2 years)
Experience leading the design of a product, service or system end-to-end
Proficiency with typical UX design and prototyping tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Principal, etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating an outcome-focused, innovative design process
Proven ability to design for complex workflows, transactions and systems thinking
Ability to travel up to 10%, international and domestic, is required
Preferred
Masters or other higher level degrees are a plus and will be considered as part of the applicant's professional experience
Familiarity with the regulations of the medical or pharmaceutical industry
