Responsibilities
Supports Equipment Fielding and logistics publications, performs Publication Validation/Verification, provides Item Unique Identifier (IUID) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) reports, Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) reconciliation.
Draft and update program acquisition documentation including Lifecycle Sustainment Plans, Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, Naval Messages, and Stock lists for government review and acceptance.
Analyzes, organizes, plans, and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more highly complex programs.
Analyzes contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.
Develops logistics plans to enhance distribution, identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistic assets and infrastructures.
Develops policies, guidelines, and procedures for quality and cost control.
Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements to develop strategies for achieving desired delivery times.
Develops and improves processes and direction for projects, acts as a resource for resolution of unique problems.
May provide work leadership for lower-level employees.

Required
BA/S in relevant field is preferred in addition to one to four (1-4) years of relevant experience. Five (5+) or more additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience supporting ACAT I - III programs
Exposure to common logistics systems such as TFSMS, GCSS-MC, and TLCM-OST.
Experience with equipment inventory, distribution and accounting.
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level, candidates with an active Secret are highly encouraged to apply.
