Responsibilities

Develop and update financial and operational metrics and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Interpret data to inform forecasting and planning in the supply chain.

Analyze operational and cost data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with internal business partners to refine reporting as business needs evolve.

Model project improvement opportunities and track project metrics to validate results.

Communicate insights resulting from analysis to stakeholders.

Ensure alignment with forecasting and budgeting policies and procedures.

Support and lead improvement projects as assigned.

Maintain organized documentation/records of operational and financial results.

Provide exceptional Customer Service to the brand and its customers.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience

2-3 years of experience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Problem solving and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail

Cost-benefit analysis skills and ability to construct supply chain financial models

Forecasting and planning experience in omnichannel environments

Strong business acumen to relate supply chain opportunities and obstacles to implications for Torrid’s overall business

Project management skills

Strong PC Skills – Microsoft Office proficiency required

Strong work ethic and prioritization/organizational skills

Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and priorities

Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to solve day-to-day challenges while seeking long-term improvements to the business operations
