Responsibilities

Retrieve, analyze and provide reporting on hotel systems using spreadsheets, data visualization and other reporting tools as needed.

Use problem solving skills to analyze and resolve operational issues and develop tools to improve ship and shore hotel operations.

Proactively identify and implement operational process improvements, enhancements, and system development that meets business requirements.

Work with ship and shore leaders across all hotel areas to provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, while maintaining an independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
