Responsibilities

Partner with Architecture, Design, and Engineering to define and drive the strategy, principles, vision, roadmap, goals, and success metrics for the areas of focus

Build strong partnerships with internal partners, crafting continuous feedback loops to understand challenges and prioritize solutions

Ensure the platform evolution addresses product lifecycle and adoption/migration

Work cross-functionally with other product teams to ensure aligned roadmaps

Represent subject area expertise during reviews with executives and partner with program management for regular communications and updates

Monitor ongoing project health, associated risks, and implications; resolve cross-functional issues

Required

5+ years of product management experience similar experience working as a technical product manager and/or engineer (dual experience strongly preferred).

Experience as a design systems product manager or design manager a plus

Proven technical competence with experience working with developers and designers to craft web solutions

A track record for defining and implementing platform strategies that build value

Ability to quantitatively and qualitatively understand complex problems, prioritize business and customer needs

Experience with geographically distributed teams

Excel in an environment where the topics and tasks are multifaceted and move quickly and learn fast

A passion for setting the standard and driving standard methodologies
