Responsibilities

Serving as a liaison between customers, business, and Integrated Informatics products

Collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues across different geographies

Coordinating with vendors and third-party suppliers for implementing external services

Providing consultation to propose network design solutions based on provisioning requirements and capacity demands

Developing and implementing solutions based on engineering standards

Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation of network operations and procedures

Ensuring network infrastructure configuration, monitoring, and maintenance align with global standards and service level agreements

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline AND a minimum of 12 years of experience supporting and implementing complex data networks

Active CCNA/CCNP, CCIE, or similar certification

Expert proficiency with troubleshooting methodologies

Successful track record of managing and working with external vendors, telecom carriers, and service providers

Experience using packet capture devices for network troubleshooting

Strong technical knowledge of end-to-end network architecture, including routing and switching theories and protocols such as TCP/IP, 802.11 WLAN design, 802.11x protocols, campus and data center networks, SD WAN, BGP, and OSPF

Experience in Cisco Wireless Network Design, troubleshooting, implementation, and optimization

Experience with scripting and network automation using tools like Ansible, Python, and Perl

Proficient in the English language (written and verbal)

Preferred

Experience in cloud networking

Experience with virtualization & containerization

Experience working with security devices such as firewalls, proxies and VPNs, understanding of authentication and data encryption

Experience in the SAFe Agile delivery framework and usage of ServiceNOW for IT service management process

Experience in supporting global wide area networks and remote local area networks in multiple locations

Familiarity with SAFe Agile delivery framework and IT service management process using ServiceNOW
