Responsibilities

Responsible for converting and migrating a new client's existing data to the Civic Services product data structure.

Accountable for the quality and accuracy of the conversion and communicating any issues with stakeholders.

Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex problems and find solutions.

Work in a fast-paced, agile environment on multiple projects, absorbing complicated frameworks and business rules.

Collaborate with the SCRUM team and drive projects forward independently.

Required

BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design

Powerful problem-solving/analytic abilities apply to troubleshooting complex and abstract problems while discovering realistic solutions

Deep understanding and advanced skill set with an OO language

Experience in C# and .NET or Java

Experience with SQL

Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Ability to work on multiple projects at once and switch contexts quickly

Ability to quickly absorb complicated frameworks and business rules

Passion for software development

Can move a complicated project forward without heavy direction

Desire to serve as a member of the SCRUM team

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or math or comparable work experience

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills, particularly in data conversion
