Responsibilities

Formulate calculations, transformation logic, data analysis and rapid prototyping to aid BI and Analytics Applications/Dashboards/Reports.
Develop requirement analysis, functional specifications and solutions design for analytics and data visualization in analytics dashboards and BI reports.
Work closely with project teams, clinical and operational leaders, BI developers, data analysts and reporting analysts to analyze data requirements, data mapping and analytics needs.
Provides technical and functional documentation on project requirements and deliverables.
Collaborate with clinical departments and operational partners to present analytics, value creation and insights.
Collaborate and partner with units across F&MCW clinical enterprise and MCW clinical departments, to develop analytics footprint across the organization.
Assist and support adoption of Enterprise Analytics Intake and Triage process.
Analyze and propose improvements to gain efficiency on Enterprise Analytics Intake and Triage process.
Write SQL scripts for data acquisition and manipulations in SQL-compliant or other data sources.
Coordinate quality control and accuracy of information by creating recommendations for data quality.
Support and service ad-hoc data requests from clinical enterprise units.
Assist in design and implementation of analytics dashboards, applications and reports.
Apply knowledge of agile project management methodology for developing requirement analysis and functional specifications.
Follow implementation standards and deployment process within Agile/Scrum methodology.
Participate in design, creation and maintenance of EA Portal.
Participate in project teams as necessary and assist with timely delivery and project timelines.

Required

Bachelor's Degree
6 years of experience
Field: Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or related field
Strong analytical abilities
Software knowledge in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, word documentation, databases, electronic records, and graphics
Ability to work independently

Master's Degree
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
