Responsibilities
Assist with lead generation and ecommerce system integration across digital marketing channels
Build, launch, and test workflows within HubSpot to improve contact engagement and drive conversions
Create lead and customer segments and marketing lists for campaigns
Ideate and execute attendee journeys for event activations
Identify opportunities to increase content effectiveness and execute new campaigns
Analyze digital marketing channels, offer actionable insights, and facilitate growth
Develop and leverage reporting tools to track marketing activities and suggest automation enhancements

Required
1-2 years HubSpot experience; tactical/technical focus in addition to marketing a plus
Intermediate level of reporting and analysis capabilities; experience within varying digital reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Ad Platforms, and HubSpot CRM a plus
Experience with digital platforms such as Eventbrite, Meta & Google Ads, WordPress and Zapier
Skilled in the analysis of marketing campaign and funnel performance with ability to distill data to provide actionable insights
Experience ideating content to support full inbound content marketing strategy
