Responsibilities
Document management: Ensure completion of important documents within designated timelines, working with senior government leaders and using JIRA and Jazz for tracking and management.
Tracking: Maintain and update activity trackers accurately and in real-time to provide project progress data to stakeholders.
Reporting: Update reports summarizing project status, resource usage, issues, and risks; present reports at meetings.
Meeting facilitation: Organize and manage meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, and document outcomes.
Defect management: Follow defect management processes, schedule defect review meetings, track defect status, and report to stakeholders using JIRA.
Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned or required.

Required
Undergraduate degree
2+ years' experience in project management
Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, JIRA skills
Preferred
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years in a role related to software development and/or software testing
IBM Jazz skills
Familiarity with MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and SQL
Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
Experience in Public Sector and Healthcare
