Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement new applications and improvements to existing ones using JavaScript, Node.js, React, PowerBI, Cosmos DB, and other relevant technologies.

Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of features, projects, modules, and support services that you and your team will deliver in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, including mentoring junior engineers to propagate good design principles and development practices.

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the digital applications, advocating for standard processes and innovative solutions.

Optimize software performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks via monitoring, logging, and metrics to enhance the user experience.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with other development teams, non-technical partners, and collaborators to ensure seamless integration and deployment of client-side applications, automating and enhancing build, test, and deployment processes.

Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high quality code and consistency to coding standards.
