Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of engineering work

Manage or lead the development of traffic analyses, reports, signal designs, and corridor studies

Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects

Design projects according to client specifications using design software

Develop construction cost estimates and engineering documents

Manage technical resources, project scope, pricing, scheduling, and budgets

Prepare proposals, attend client meetings, and ensure project completion on time

Coordinate with internal team members for quality project delivery

Required

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program

10+ years’ experience in specialized discipline

Project /Task management experience

Professional Engineer License in NC and SC

Experience working with local clients at the county and state level

Proposal development experience (scope/schedule/fee)

Preferred

PTOE or PMP – (preferred)
