Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
Proven experience in a leadership or technical leadership role, overseeing a team of developers.
In-depth knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET , VB.NET, C++, OnBase and related technologies.
Experience with modern web development frameworks such as ASP.NET Core, Angular, or React.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
